The G550, a variant of the Gulfstream V, was released to the market in 2003. With a range of 6,750 nautical miles, the 550 has the longest flight range in its class. It can transport up to 18 passengers and still has the range to fly nonstop more than 12 hours.
Accurus has supported the program since 2008 through the manufacture of detail parts, vertical stabilizer ribs, and carry-through fittings. We have supplied over 186,000 detail parts and assemblies.
We also supply Fokker Aerostructures with metal details and assemblies in support of the G550 tail section. Based in The Netherlands, Fokker is a leading global aerospace specialist that designs, develops and manufactures highly engineered aircraft systems to aircraft manufacturers and provides through-life aircraft fleet support services.
